Since 1986 Ray Annun has supervised all on-site critical construction procedures such as estimating and scheduling of Materials, the supervising and scheduling of all Sub-Contractors. This experience provides the client confidence that the projects are completed within Budget and on Time. Ray is well versed in all the nuisances of dealing with Municipalities in obtaining building permits and inspection procedure. During the past 27 years, Ray has developed Estimating, Budgetary and Scheduling systems that provide seamless progression of the building process.
Ray spends his days with the responding to the needs and upkeep of the Buildings and Tenants. His pro-active approach to providing all the services necessary to operate and maintain a safe and clean environment for the Tenants is just good business.
